Production Lead

Full-time

Own shoot days end to end, from call sheet to wrap. You run the floor so every client walks out with footage that looks the part.

What you will need
  • ·3+ years running multi-camera video or podcast shoots
  • ·Comfortable directing non-professional talent on camera
  • ·Fluent with lighting, audio, and multi-cam switching
  • ·Calm, organized, and fast under a shoot-day clock
Nice to have
  • ·Experience with live-switch / streaming
  • ·A reel of work you have run

Senior Editor

Full-time

Turn shoot-day footage into long-form episodes and short-form cutdowns on a weekly cadence, without losing quality.

What you will need
  • ·3+ years editing in Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
  • ·Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and captions
  • ·Reliable turnaround on a repeatable schedule
  • ·Portfolio of long-form and short-form work
Nice to have
  • ·Motion graphics / After Effects
  • ·Bilingual captioning

Producer

Full-time

Keep the slate full and the clients happy. You map content plans, prep guests and scripts, and make sure every shoot ships.

What you will need
  • ·Experience producing content or podcasts for clients
  • ·Great with people, prep, and deadlines
  • ·Can write a clear brief and a tight run-of-show
  • ·Organized enough to juggle several shows at once

Bilingual On-Camera Host

Contract

Front bilingual shows and segments in English and Spanish for our Hispanic SMB clients. Natural on camera, comfortable improvising.

What you will need
  • ·Native or fluent English and Spanish
  • ·Confident, warm presence on camera
  • ·Can carry an interview and stay on message
  • ·A clip or reel of you on camera

Director of Photography

Freelance

Light and shoot brand films, commercials, and premium episodes on the cyc and the sets. Bring the cinematic look.

What you will need
  • ·Strong lighting and camera-operating portfolio
  • ·Comfortable on a cyclorama and multi-set builds
  • ·Owns or knows our kit (cinema cameras, grip, lighting)
  • ·Available for project-based day rates

Sound Engineer

Freelance

Own audio capture and cleanup across the podcast rooms and production studio so every recording is broadcast-clean.

What you will need
  • ·Experience with multi-mic podcast and video audio
  • ·Knows treatment, gain staging, and post cleanup
  • ·Detail-obsessed about clean dialog
  • ·Available for shoot days and project work
