Google lets people choose sites they trust as preferred sources. If you add thepodstudio.co, Google may show more of our studio guides, notes, and updates when they fit what you search.
What it does
A reader setting, not a ranking switch.
Preferred source is a Google account preference. It can help selected sites appear more often in Top Stories, and Google says selected sources can be labeled in AI Mode and AI Overviews for that user.
It does not add one page to Google, and it does not guarantee placement. The site still needs crawlable pages, clear text, structured data that matches the page, and a current Google Business Profile.
