This page explains ownership of recordings made during a rental and how studio brand, website, and third-party assets should be handled.
Your Recordings
The Pod Studio does not claim ownership of recordings you create during a room rental. You are responsible for having permission to use the people, music, trademarks, and other material included in your recording.
Third-Party Assets
Music, stock media, fonts, and other licensed third-party materials remain subject to the terms of their original providers. A studio booking does not grant new rights to third-party material.
Website Assets
Brand marks and site materials shown here are for reference only and may not be republished or commercially reused without written approval.
