What is your refund policy?

Full refund if you cancel before we start working* *As long as we haven't started working on your booking (filming, editing, or planning), we refund you in full. Once work has begun, we can't refund that part, but we'll reschedule or make it right. Monthly plans: cancel before your next billing date. If we haven't started that month's work, we refund that month.

When do I get my files?

Raw files: Within 48 hours, by private download link. Edited episode and show notes: Within 7 business days. Short reels (Content package): Within 7 business days. Monthly plans: On the dates in your content calendar. Miss a date and we refund the editing fee for that session.

Question 3

What if I don't like the edit?

Accepted Answer

Revisions and re-records. Every edited episode and reel includes 2 rounds of revisions. If something fails on our side (equipment, room, or recording), we re-record at no cost. Ask for revisions or a re-record within 7 days of delivery. Revisions cover the edit you booked. New footage or a change of scope is quoted separately. Re-records are scheduled at the next open time in the same room.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes. Walk-in bookings have a 2-hour minimum.

What do half-days and full days cost?

Accepted Answer

A 4-hour half-day is $360 for a podcast room or $540 for production. An 8-hour full day is $680 for a podcast room or $1,000 for production.

Question 6

How does done-for-you content work?

Accepted Answer

We run four monthly plans: LinkedIn Management, Done-for-you Social, Podcast Creation, and Business + Social. LinkedIn Management lists writing, carousels and outreach. The other plans list video or podcast deliverables. Compare the specific scope on the Plans page, then discuss filming time, approvals and posting arrangements on a strategy call.

Question 7

I already pay monthly. How do I book a room?

Accepted Answer

Use the booking page. Pick the service, room and time, select the plan or pack option, and enter your company name and account email. This sends a request without taking payment. The studio checks your remaining sessions and confirms the booking. Wait for that confirmation before treating the time as reserved.

Question 8

Can I book a specific videographer?

Accepted Answer

No. Choose a Filmed session or an editing package and we assign the operator. The operator portion is $200/hr, in addition to room time. A 2-hour podcast-room Filmed session is $600, including the room, operator and raw files. Room only does not include an operator.
